Oh Whats This

Before you even say it, sorry, but I’m not done with blush pink yet and I don’t think we ever will be. Especially after seeing Elsie Larson’s (A Beautiful Mess Blog) most recent project. We’ve taken a sneak peek here to show you how to bring blush pink into the bathroom with style.

Painting bathroom cabinets is a perfect way to bring a pop of colour into your home if there isn’t much wall space, especially in the bathroom where wallpaper can be a bit tricky.

The colour used on the bathroom cabinet is Quartz Blush by Sherwin Williams,  I’ve had a quick look around and UK equivalents would be Farrow & Ball Nancy’s Blushes or Little Greene Confetti paint. Although not quite on the same level as that Quartz Blush.

Next I need to talk about the lighting. The lighting is from Lucent Lightshop in the US and they do ship to the UK through Etsy, but you’ve guessed it – after shipping + taxes the costs add up. But, we get pretty close to these retro wall sconces in our OWT marketplace with our amazing brands Inscapes Design and Ponz Design, shop the look below!

Let’s take a look at the before and after pictures of the gorgeous blush pink bathroom…

Adding lighting either side of a statement mirror is a top tip for creating perfect symmetry.

The 70’s woven curtain and plant add a homely touch to the glam pink and gold. We love the warmth added by these soft textures, definitely needed on a cold early morning.
